James Feldeine scored 22 points, including 10 straight in a crucial stretch in the second half when Quinnipiac rallied from a seven-point deficit to claim a 71-66 lead with 7 minutes, 23 seconds to play. Tess Coleman claimed the postmistress in Castlebellingham, Co Louth, was admonished for failing to alert gardai to the robbery.

Ms Coleman and her husband Joe McLaughlin were woken on Monday morning by armed men. One of them pointed a gun to her head while a second took a photograph. The gang told Mr McLaughlin to go to work at their shop as normal and show the postmistress a copy of the photo and to hand over EUR100,000 in cash.

He was warned if gardai were alerted to the raid his wife would be killed. Ms Coleman, who yesterday relived the horror, praised her colleague for replica hublot watches not panicking. But she told RTE Radio 1: "She is getting a lot of stick from An Post for not pressing the panic button."
