THE VENUE: Julia and Martin tied the knot at St Philip Evans Roman Catholic church in Llanedeyrn, Cardiff, before whisking their family and friends to the capital's Village Hotel in Coryton for a Disney-themed reception.

The two swapped numbers after a five-minute chat but Julia was busy on an international guide camp so they were forced to part ways. Julia said: "We wanted it to be a serious relationship so he asked me to come out to Ireland, but I have too many commitments here.
"He told me he would come over to Cardiff but I didn't expect him to. So when I got a call from him saying he was at the train station I couldn't believe it!
THE PROPOSAL: Two months after the couple had found a home in Thornhill, Cardiff, Martin popped the question over breakfast.
"He got down on one knee and just asked me if I would become Mrs Gorevan," she said. "I said yes straight away. I had known he was planning it, but it still surprised me." THE WEDDING: When the priest donned a pair of Mickey Mouse ears half way through the ceremony, it set the tone for one of the most unusual weddings the guests had ever seen.
Nanny Julia invited her past charges to be her bridesmaids and page boys and, as a self-confessed Disney addict, she named her tables after the well-loved characters.
TiffanysJulia said: "The priest there is mad on Disney so just before the reading of the gospel he stopped and put on a pair of Mickey Mouse ears and everybody cheered and clapped."
Julia also chose to celebrate that day's Girl Guiding centenary at her wedding, with a 60-strong group of uniformed guides, brownies and rangers singing while the couple signed the register.
Martin's mum, Mary Gorevan, 69, was unable to make it to Wales because of illness, but she spoke to the couple on the phone.
The bride's parents Pauline, 64, and John Blackburn, 65, joined Martin's 29-year-old brother and best man Raymond Gorevan to wave the newlyweds off as they left in a coach belonging to Martin's employer.
